20 Years of myview – Three Days That Bring Us Together 💎
From creative team spirit and special moments to a strong vision for the future: Our anniversary showed what is possible when we come together, stay connected and work as a team.

This quote couldn't be more fitting for what we experienced together from September 9 to 11, 2025. To celebrate our 20th anniversary, we didn't just come together to celebrate. We deliberately took time to connect, exchange ideas and reflect on what makes myview special, both in the past and today, and as we look towards the future.
Day 1 – Arriving & Breaking the Routine
The kick-off began exactly where so much of our journey started: at the office. On Tuesday morning, we worked together as usual before heading to the cafeteria for lunch, feeling almost nostalgic. A moment that brought back memories while marking the beginning of a new chapter.
In the afternoon, it was time to load the bus, take our seats and set off. We travelled together to the Riesengebirge event hotel near Nuremberg. The journey itself was our first real step away from everyday routines and into a shared experience.
The evening was all about spending time together: a group dinner, some friendly competition at the bowling alley and a relaxed end to the day at the bar.
Day 2 – Inspiration & Team Spirit
Wednesday started calmly and mindfully, with yoga in the meadow for the early risers. Afterwards, we got creative together in a team workshop. In a relaxed atmosphere, we shared thoughts, discussed ideas, tried new things and found inspiration.
In the afternoon, we changed our perspective and headed into the lively streets of Nuremberg. Between exploring the historic old town, enjoying Nuremberg sausages and sampling regional beer, one thing became even clearer: shared experiences outside the workplace are incredibly valuable.
The evening brought us back to the hotel, where a group dinner and a cozy campfire awaited us. Warmth, laughter and good conversations made it a memorable evening.
Day 3 – Perspectives & Looking Ahead
The final day also began with an optional mix of exercise and relaxation before we gathered one last time at the Macherscheune.
The focus was on exchange, connection and the future. Ideas were developed further, different perspectives were brought together and our shared path forward became clearer. Daniel Kestler from medienreaktor gave us insights into creative self-organization and agile teamwork at Medienreaktor.
After lunch, it was time to say goodbye. With plenty of memories to take home, we began our journey back to Büren, tired, inspired and grateful.

These three days showed us that myview is more than just a company. It is a combination of people, ideas and trust. Thank you to everyone who has made this journey possible over the past 20 years and during this special anniversary.
